I would love do a review of one of your products on my blog!
I have been blogging since 2006 and started a new blog Jan 2010 just for reviews and giveaways because I love to review products and learn more about the well known as well an unknown products out there and share them will all my family and friends around the blogosphere. There are so many great products I would have never learned about if I hadn't been involved in blogging and/or giveaways. I myself have won products on other giveaway sites and continue to shop these retailers for other gifts for family and friends. Its a great way to advertise your store all over the web.
I have many followers on Facebook, twitter (@cthmommy) and all my family and personal blogs as well. (stats listed below) This will help showcase your store and get your product seen and hopefully improve sales and people viewing your shop.
I love to promote great products to my readers! Gina from the Shabby Creek Cottage says it well: "You may not get a sale directly from a site every single day – but you are building brand recognition. Pepsi does not advertise so that you stop what you’re doing and go directly to buy a drink – but when you do need to quench your thirst and you are shopping for a drink, Pepsi is going to be recognizable to you.Bottom line, to build your brand! About "Smile A Day Giveaways & Reviews" and how we work:
In order for us to offer a review of your product(s), if you choose to do so you may send a non-returnable product of your choice.
I simply cannot claim to like something, or know anything about it if I haven’t seen it/reviewed it for myself. I want to offer an honest review to all my readers.This item does not have to be the same value or the same item also offering for the giveaway, if taking part in one as well.
The Reviewers:
Myself, my husband and my family. We have 4 girls ages 7, 7, 10 and 12 . A son who is 8 and a baby boy born July 14, 2011.
Giveaways:
Offering a giveaway in conjunction to a review is the most popular choice. (either and item or gift certificate to your store for any amount, you decide) I require that readers actually visit your site and leave an entry comment based on what they find there, this option gives you the best visibility. I also can have them add your twitter name to be a follower for an entry, ask them to answer more detailed question about your store, or add it to their favorites.
• Product sent to me for review WILL NOT be used as the giveaway nor will it be sent back to you after the giveaway ends.
• Giveaways typically last for 15-35 days, unless otherwise noted/discussed.
• Giveaway product IS NOT sent to me, at the end of the giveaway. Once the winner has responded,
I will pass their information to you so that the product can be shipped directly to them.
Review Timeline:
Depending on the number of requests I receive and my time, I am able to review and post about your product within 1 to 5 weeks of when I receive the review product. When the product is sent please offer any information you would like included about your product/site and any pictures or additional links you would like added with the response to this e-mail.***When replying please include if you give permission for Smile A Day to use pictures/basic information or your logo to add to our review/giveaway post if needed, and if doing a giveaway on our site please list the item you will be offering so I may also include it in your post.
Discounts:
Another very popular option for shops is to offer a discount for my readers. This is a simple process of letting me know the percentage/amount you wish to offer as well as any code readers will need to use and the expiration date if there is one for the discount.

I do a lot of review and giveaways particularly for small businesses that have a tiny or nonexistent marketing budget. For only the cost of product and shipping. Its possible it can be seen by thousands of prospective customers who are being introduced to their brand. As with most marketing repetition is key, companies that do a blogger campaign or establish a partnership with a few blogs often see better results according to online studies and polls.
Many of the companies I work with ask that I use specific keywords and links in my post. This is to help increase web presence and build the number of specific links to their page. It helps companies get higher ranking in search engines hence more business possibilities.
Feedback
Reviews are a great opportunity for companies to get feedback about the quality, effectiveness and usability of their products. Assuming the reviewers are giving their unbiased opinions their interactions and thoughts about the product. Companies can and should use these reviews to help improve their products and services as needed.
Word of Mouth
I know several of the products I've won from giveaways have becoming some of my favorites. Even though I didn't purchase the product, if it is a good product, I am very likely to share my love for a product with my friends and encourage them to purchase the product, or purchase them as gifts. The same can be said for products I review, I have personally changed some of the products I buy because of my reviews.
