
Santa brought my 11 yr. old daughter a First Act 54-Key USB Keyboard for
Christmas in 2011. She has been teaching herself to play and has loved
every minute of it! She is so smart and amazes me with how much she
has learned on her own. We got her in basic piano lessons once
a week (or when we are not sick and she can make it!) and its
been great to help her with little questions as she moves along.
Almost to the day it quit working..lights will go on, but no sound.
I was so sad, and so was she. She takes such good care of it and
none of the other kids are allowed to touch it so it was not anything
anyone had done to make it quit. Its played 2-6 times a week for
practice and fun but was still shocked it would just quit working.
I wrote an e-mail to the company and sent proof of Santas
purchase from Kohls and within two days they had another one
shipped out as a replacement..no questions asked!
I love companies who will stand behind their product and make
things right without any fuss! So just want to give a shout out to
them and thank them for their awesome customer service and
how they stand behind their products!
