EARLY BIRD GIFT GUIDE: Bioken Review and Giveaway

I suffer from psoriasis and have for years. I hate it.
If you don't know what it is basically its a non-contagious

 lifelong disease of the immune system that causes red, scaly

patches to appear on the skin. Approximately 1.5 million 

Americans suffer from moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

Certain immune cells are activated and produce too much 

of a protein called tumor necrosis factor that causes skin

cells to grow too quickly. These skin cells build up and create

raised, red patches with a sometimes silvery looking scale.

They itch are extremely sensitive and painful at times

and often bleed. Sadly there is no cure. But I hope there 

will be some day. When I was pregnant my knees, elbows,
scalp and a few other areas cleared up about 70% I was
so amazed I could see my knees again and my head was
not snowing flakes of psoriasis dandruff. I have tried many
shampoos..some help then I almost get immune to them or
something and they no longer help. I have done clinical
studies to help find products to make life easier for those
of us who suffer from it as well. Either way its embarrassing.
And nothing I can do about it..and that stresses me out..not a
good thing because stress triggers flare ups. Since I have had
my baby its come back ten fold, so much worse, so much more
painful. Its miserable. You don't want to hear all the stories
but lets just say its no fun! The last few months I have avoided
doing much with my hair unless we are going out someplace..
if not..its in a pony tail! The less I mess with it, the less falls
out (and its usually pretty thick, but hair can not grow on these skin scales)
and the less flakes I have on my shirt. People stare and
make comments behind my back all the time..all I have
wanted right now is relief from the pain and itching all
over my scalp. When I got the chance to review a product

I was sent the Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and

almost 2 weeks to help get my flare up under control. 

Use like most shampoo's. Wet hair, lather and let set for

I have noticed a huge difference in the itchy irritation I was

experiencing, so its helping for sure. Sure I still have
tons of flakes, which happens when you have psoriasis
as bad as I do on my scalp, but if the feel is improving
its a big relief and maybe it will calm down the flare up
enough that it won't flake off as bad.
