We were sent this great package from BlogSpark & Betty Crocker to help spread the word about Box Tops and their great program! My kids and I collect them all year long and have helped our school earn lots of new P.E. equipment and other school supplies. We love we can be a part of such a great program by just clipping off the box tops on the packages of the food and necessities we love! Betty Crocker's New Brownie Mix was a huge hit at our house! We love brownies are are huge chocolate lovers...the kids love to be a part of the baking and with their quick and easy mixes it makes it easy for them to do it on their own with mom just observing (the older kids at least in my personal opinion) and not having to dig out all the baking ingredients that can create a bigger mess and takes up more time. I love to have mixes like this so we can fit in some yummy baking into our busy schedules. We decided to bake them into cupcake sleeves this time instead of a glass plan like we usually do. They came out of the oven looking & smelling delicious! A bite into the chewy goodness leaves you wanting more! Yum! We also added a three layer cookie to a few of them, something we have seen done and wanted to try. Its called Brownie Surprise Cupcakes. They were good. But I prefer just the chocolate brownie alone as they are! Delicious! The kids loved them and commented we need to buy more mixes to stock up the pantry. smart kids.
