We are excited to share with you how much we

love Betty Crockers^® Fun da-middles™! 

 

 We were sent this awesome gift pack from BlogSpark 

for review and I decided to bake them up before 

the kids got home for a fun after school snack & surprise. 

They loved them! And so did I..I only ate about three before

they got home..I know..so not helping lose this post baby

weight. But the first one was so yummy I went back for a

second..then a third. Okay so I have no willpower LOL 

I may regret it later, but they were yummy and I so needed

a little sweet treat that day with a fussy baby. 

Betty Crockers^® Fun da-middles™ are so quick and easy 

to make, I did it one handed with my baby in my arms

who was not about to let me lay him down. 

 Once I had everything out I needed, it was simple to

add it all together and mix for a few minutes.

 Then a quick fill in the bottom of the cupcake liners  

with a small amount of cake batter and a

simple fill with Fun da-middles™ creamy filling 

in the middle and another layer of cake batter. 

Here we have half of them done to give you an 

idea of how it should look. (but I could have put just

a bit less batter first in the bottom, but it was still fine) 

Make sure the creamy center is completely covered

and not touching the sides of the cupcake liner. 

Bake for the time recommended on the box. I actually

set it for 20 min. then checked it and they were done

before the time listed on the box.

 They were the perfect golden brown!

  

And the adorable cupcake notes they sent along with it

we perfect to write little notes to each of my kids to tell 

them how much I love them and how special they are to us!

Great to share with neighbors or friends! I also love

how Fun da-middles™ are great even without icing, there

is enough sweet middle filling to do the job!

 They are perfect the way they are if you rather not add the 

extra time or sweetness of icing. I added a few cute cupcake

picks and they were a huge hit!

   and don't forget to clip the box top!
