Alex was searching for quality gifts and presents to send back to Germany to a friend who recently had a baby, but was disappointed in the collection available in the USA. While Alex researched for European toys online she discovered that virtually none of the European brands that she grew up with as a child were available. Thus the introduction of Maukilo.com.

Currently, Maukilo is owned and operated by one of Maukilo's largest suppliers, the German based HABA(R) company. The HABA USA office is located in quaint and picturesque Skaneateles Falls, New York and has now become the home of Maukilo.com.

We were sent the Animal Upon Animal game, its a fun interactive 
game that keeps on growing. A variety of stack-able animals are on a
journey and they need to cross the balancing bridge with your help.
Each player gets three cards with their assignments of what animals are
needed to touch on the bridge, a roll of the dice tells you what location
or living environment around the board/box to choose the animal from. 
 
Each player has the task of stacking the selected animal 
to where it touches another animal. If three of the animals on
your assignment card are touching you complete that task
and need to complete each card to win.

 Balancing the animals can be tricky in order to stack them
higher and be able to complete their card tasks. 

 If the animals fall off the bridge on your
turn you gain another assignment card.
 

The wooden animals are fun and colorful, as well as 
heavy duty and will last through years of playing!
 
The kids loved the silly ways they were able to stack the
animals in order to complete their card, some
 balancing on all feet/paws, some on their tails or wings and 
some on their noses! Lots of creativity and fun for sure!

The game is German packaged but comes with 
English instructions. 

We are happy with the game quality, fun and skill level
involved and it has been a game they have loved to pull 
out and play when friends and cousins come over.
