Eco Fresh Upholstery Cleaning and $10 Gift Card Giveaway!
If your like me and have kids in the house, or maybe nieces and nephews
or grandkids around often, no matter how careful you try to be accidents
happen. Sippy cups leak and just everyday ware from body oils, grease and
tag along particles on your body and clothing tend to rub off and linger on
your nice couches and other upholstery. We have always been pretty strict
with no food or drinks in our family room and on our nice couches. I always
told my husband I didn't love the color when you have kids, but the salesman
talked it up how it would not be a problem one bit because they were so easy
to wash down and clean with just a wet rag if needed. I knew other wise. I was
so good to wipe them down often and it really annoys me that every little thing
shows up on them. Someone would get out of the shower and sit on them with
wet hair and next thing you know there is a huge water spot ring on the back
of the couches. Needless to say after years of them driving me crazy after the
last move a year ago we moved them into our basement and although still strict
about food and drinks on them, i didn't rush to wipe them down everytime I saw
a wet ring left on the surface. Add a toddler with teething drool and those
leak proof sippys...that actually leak! You have quite the mess and nasty
looking couches. The last year they look like they have seen it all. Its a bit
embarrassing to show just how bad they have gotten. When Eco Fresh came
to clean our carpets (still LOVE the work they did by the way!) I asked them
if they would also do my upholstery. Here are some before and after shots.

They cleaned up really well. Some of the spots work there way into the fabric
deeper and no matter how hard they try it wont come out. They say depending
on the kind of stain and the fabric. Some stains sit just below the top fibers on
the next layer of material but will still be seen easily. I was impressed with how
clean they did come out!

Eco Fresh uses a very thorough process to break down foreign soils in your
upholstery fabric and flush it out with a clean rinse to leave your upholstery
looking and smelling like new. The techs were great, clean and professional
at their job!
Our ottoman I thought was going to be almost impossible
to clean, it seems its caught the worst of the spills and slobber
from our busy toddler along with everyones dirty feet after
long day at work, play or everyday adventures.

Our little artist even used it for his canvas when daddy was
watching him, although it was cute artwork..I didn't
love that it was all over the furniture! Of course a few weeks
later and daddy still didn't clean it off as he said he would,
I forgot about it until they were starting to clean them and
was excited to see how well it would all come out. They did good!
Eco Fresh was great to make sure their job was done
well and professional. Our couches were pre-treated with a
natural cleaning solution lightly sprayed on the surface before
they pulled out the stronger cleaning equipment.
This process helps loosen the particles and oils on your upholstery.
After the light pre-treatment they use their powerful
cleaning extraction process to vacuum up and flush away
the dirty residue on your furniture and rinse it thoroughly.
The dry time was not to bad, it took about 2 hours until
they felt pretty good. They were a little crisp in some areas
until we started to sit on them alot again and work the
fabric back in, but now they are great. You can see the
clean shine to them and no more dullness where the dirt
and oils have built up. A few small spots remained but much
lighter and less noticeable. I am thrilled with the outcome
and impressed how awesome they look, as close to new
as they are ever going to get!
I also love that Eco Fresh guarantees their work. If you
don't love your cleaning they will return to fix the worry.
I have been very impressed with this company and
know you will too.
I purchased a carpet cleaning from a deal site
a while back from another company just before
Eco Fresh contacted me and used it on our rental
when we moved out.
I could not believe the difference in these two companies!
I am honestly glad I had the chance to use both to really
compare and show just how great Eco Fresh is, honestly!
The other company arrived in an unmarked van, the
equipment was dirty and left my walls marked up
and grungy looking (did not use wall/corner protectors),
the tech could not answer any of our questions and
could hardly get him to even say two words to me.
He rushed through the job at lighting speed and left big
lumps in my carpet so that it needs to be re stretched
again. Our carpets stayed extremely wet for FOUR DAYS!!!!
They offered no shoe protectors or drying fans.
Horrible customer service with the office when I
had called them on three different occasions and just
plain out not happy and not impressed with their services
and they won't do anything about it.
So my opinion of Eco Fresh stands clear. They are
amazing, they go above and beyond many of the others
out there and are well worth the money. I can not say it
enough. I highly recommend them from our experiences!

Still living out of boxes...ugh...
So our move has been delayed, stopped, started, over, back on...
You name it. We have lived out of a very few boxes for a month now...
I only left a week out of clothing and necessities the week we were
SUPPOSE to close on our house when 3 days before it all fell through.
After much stress and craziness its finally suppose to be happening
Tomorrow! Prayers it goes through this time! We so need to get
Settled!!! Thanks for your support..hope to be up and going
more soon., Hope your are all enjoying your Summer so far!

Jason and Chris showed up to to tackle our project and teach
me more about their company. It seems there is a misconception
due to their current name and many customers don't really understand
the type of services they actually provide.
Many carpet cleaners use chemicals in their cleaning process that will
leave behind a sticky residue and fill in those scratches created in your
carpet fibers that can attract dirt and bacteria making it seem as if your
carpet cleaning wasn't even worth the money and having to re-clean more
often than you would like.
EcoFresh Carpet Cleaning Utah only uses natural cleaning products
to effectively break up any dirt, stains and blemishes you may find
in your carpets. As the natural cleaning is done the carpets are also
thoroughly rinsed to ensure they are not leaving that unwanted
residue on your carpet surface.
Cleaning Techs Jason and Chris were absolutely
amazing. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable
they both were about every step, every detail of their job. Its
nice to know that the employees coming to care for your carpets
are educated in what they are doing. In the past many cleaners
I have known have rushed in, rushed through their job and ran
out the door just as quick. Jason and Chris made sure to
answer any question, provide wonderful friendly customer service
and give us suggestions or in sites on keeping the quality and
cleanliness of our carpet. No overwhelming sales pitches or
pressure to add on additional services and unneeded care.
You can tell they really enjoy their job and took all needed
steps to provide a great carpet cleaning experience. Corner
shields were placed in door frames and walls to ensure no harm
to your wall surface, shoe covers were used by the employees and
offered to us in case we needed to walk on the carpet after
the cleaning when it was still in the process of drying. A walk
through of the house with both techs before they started gave them
an idea of any problem areas or concerns we may have had to
be sure the best possible cleaning was met. If needed, they are also
wiling to move couches and small furniture to provide
the best coverage and help you feel comfortable that you got
all you paid for and more.
The vacuum hoses/tubes used were clean and
left behind no dirt and particles on the floors not being cleaned.
A pre-spray solution with hot, soft water was lightly misted onto the
carpet in each room to loosen whatever grease or oils may be present.
Many rooms in the house have different carpets and you always
wonder how dirty they actually are when from an eyes view
some may not look so bad. I couldn't believe the difference in a
few of the rooms. For example the master bedroom seemed to have
a basic traffic ware down with a few minimal spots but once Jason
cleaned part of the room the cleanliness was unreal!

The pictures don't do it justice, but you can still see here the clean
carpet areas to the dirty. Jason even cleaned a patch in the middle as you
can see below to try to show the difference a little better in the picture.
Its almost like the carpet went a whole tint lighter..cleaner and
leaves me feeling more comfortable letting my little ones run and
crawl all over it. Its reassuring to know their process gets deep down
to pull the dirt and grim from deep inside your carpet.
We are not the previous owners of the home, so we do not know what
kinds of spills, animals or issues have been on these carpets over
the years. To give us a peace of mind the techs also treated the
carpets with a sterilizing solution to help kill those unwanted germs
from diaper blow outs, animal accidents and so on.
Concerned spots or areas were treated if needed and they did a
fabulous job at removing unsightly spots.

At the final cleaning of each area high-velocity fans were placed in
the center of each room to help speed up the drying times which
only take 4-6 hours anyway. Its amazing the difference of the smell
of freshly cleaned carpets!
